Rainbow of Smoothies

It’s summer! I’m addicted to Smoothies!

And, I hate how too many smoothies are umpteen-million calories, if you can even find their calorie counts. Here are some I altered from other recipes and calculated their calories.

To Make:

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend ’til smooth. Each is 1 serving.

Strawberry-Orange-Banana Smoothie
